Support plans
Run it alone, or hand it to us.
Every Foundry box is fully self-serve. Remote Support adds an engineer at the other end of a reverse tunnel for $99/mo. Custom IT puts Synoros on retainer. No on-site: travel-budget constraint; revisit when revenue supports it.

One-off remote session, $99
Zoom + SSH. One shot, below the retainer grid. Email to book.

Privacy boundary
During support, the Claude Code CLI runs on your hardware. Anthropic sees only what our engineer inspects: configuration commands, log snippets. Your documents, emails, and business data never leave the box. Bulk data export during support is prohibited.

Bring your own frontier
Synoros never proxies your AI traffic.
Plug in any key you already pay for. Synoros routes through your key, on your box.
Claude Pro / Max / API
Your existing Anthropic subscription or API key. Synoros treats it as just another provider.
Anthropic Enterprise
Regulated buyers use their own contracted endpoint. BAA + retention terms apply to their traffic.
OpenAI / Gemini / any OpenAI-compatible
Point Synoros at any OpenAI-compatible endpoint. Useful for local vLLM / Ollama too.
What the dormant Claude Code CLI does
What's installed. Every Foundry box ships with the Claude Code CLI pre-installed but not running. It's a binary in /opt/synoros/claude-code. No network activity, no background process.
When it activates. Only when you open a support session from the Synoros app and explicitly accept the consent dialog. The CLI boots in a scoped shell under the synoros-support user, not root, and terminates when the session ends.
Audit log. Every command the CLI runs and every file it reads is appended to /var/log/synoros/remote-session.log on your box. Readable by you at any time. Retained locally until you rotate it.
What it never does. Upload files, export databases, touch user-home directories outside the paths you grant, or route anything through Synoros infrastructure. Those would all trigger alerts in the audit log and violate the Terms.
Frequently asked
Do I need an Anthropic account?
No. Foundry boxes run Synoros fully local, and agent work can route to an on-box Ollama model on the GPU tier. If you want frontier capability, you bring your own key (Claude Pro/Max, Claude API, Anthropic Enterprise, or any OpenAI-compatible endpoint like Gemini or OpenAI). Synoros never proxies your traffic or sees your content.
What is included in the 2 hours per month on Remote Support?
Anything an IT engineer would do at a managed-IT retainer: update rollouts, backup verification, plugin install or debug, network/VPN tuning, migration help, log triage, and first-line troubleshooting. First response within 1 business day; typical resolution within 3 business days. The clock runs on engineer time, not waiting time.
What happens if I go over 2 hours in a month?
Overage is billed at $150 per hour in 15-minute increments; you approve each block before the engineer starts work. If overage is sustained for three consecutive months, we reach out about moving you to a Custom IT plan. At that volume, a dedicated retainer is cheaper for you and predictable for us.
Can I cancel?
Yes, month-to-month, cancel any time for any reason. Prepaid months are not refunded; that's the only caveat. Your Foundry box keeps working; Remote Support is purely an engineering-help layer on top.
Will you access my data?
Only configuration and logs needed to answer the ticket, and only when you explicitly consent in the Synoros app. The dormant Claude Code CLI on the box activates for the session, logs every command to /var/log/synoros/remote-session.log on your hardware, and pauses when the session ends. Bulk data export during support is prohibited by the Terms and not technically possible without triggering an alert.
Do you offer on-site visits?
No. Travel budget doesn't support it at our current revenue. We revisit the on-site question once volume supports a regional engineer. Remote Support covers almost everything an on-site visit would; the box is designed for headless, remote-first management.
What about regulated industries (legal, medical, financial)?
Regulated buyers typically can't accept third-party mesh VPN in the data path, so we offer a self-hosted WireGuard relay variant (you run the relay, we dial into it). We do not sign BAAs or take DPAs ourselves at this stage; compliance-heavy customers bring their own Anthropic Enterprise contract, and Synoros stays out of the compliance chain entirely.
