The Synoros Engine

The Engine is a deep learning engine written in C. It keeps the computation graph, the autodiff, and the memory planning in one small core, and calls vendor kernels where they win. No release yet, and no license.

holonomy_lib

holonomy_lib is open source. Riemannian manifolds, spectral graph theory, Ricci flow, persistent homology, all as batched PyTorch ops, and every public function cites the paper it implements. v0.7.0, 14 modules, AGPL-3.0-or-later.

Plastic Embedding Substrate

The Plastic Embedding Substrate ranks code by effective resistance over a typed graph, not cosine over embeddings. The code is confidential; benchmarks against BM25 and RAG are published on its page, caveats included.

Substrate

An in-house research thread building toward the substrate-faithful architecture proposed in After the universe. Distinct from the Plastic Embedding Substrate; it targets a different layer. Currently closed: code, results, and design notes are not public. Engagement is by application, via contact.
